• Studied current local and state planning documentation, including the current and proposed LEP planning controls, local studies and demographic trends
• Researched residential, affordable housing and industrial property markets to determine likely demand for product
• Considered concept design and costs in the financial analysis to establish viability

Result

• Recommended economic viability of any future redevelopment as guided by the planning controls proposed within the Draft LEP
• Report and economic analysis is publicly available through the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
