Tracey joined International Property Group in 2006 and was accountable for project coordination to ensure all project requirements were met at each level.

Tracey has developed her skills in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) advice through client interface and mentoring. Her experience covers the provision of general property advice including the coordination of the sales process, lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, make good obligations and design and construct management.

Tracey’s experience also extends to the creation and management of freehold asset and leasehold registers.
