  • Provide strategy and direction for the property portfolio of RSPCA NSW and help maximise returns
  • Income derived from the property portfolio to be reinvested into the core business functions

  • Conducted an assessment and review of the property portfolio
  • Creation of Freehold Asset Register separating properties by geographical location, zoning type and noting details of any tenancies
  • Commissioned re-valuation of the entire portfolio including an assessment of market rentals for each property
  • Highest and best use analysis of each property to ascertain the correct procedural steps, i.e. business as usual, disposal, re-decoration or redevelopment
