Peter has over 13 years experience in the real estate industry spanning the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors. In particular, his expertise is in property and strata management, sales and leasing and corporate real estate advisory.

Peter has held roles at LJ Hooker Commercial, Ray White Commercial and Knight Frank. In mid-2004, Peter’s strong sales and leasing track record was recognised and was awarded Ray White Commercial’s, “3rd Highest Number of Deals - January 2004 to June 2004”.

In 2007, Peter was appointed nationally by Sigma Retail (Amcal and Guardian pharmacy brands) to act as their independent property advisor and to provide strategic advice to their in-house property team. This appointment primarily involves the identification and lease negotiation of select retail leasehold sites, which meet Sigma Retail’s pre-requisites for their retail pharmacies. The appointment also extends to providing strategic property advice to Sigma’s existing members, who may require advice with lease re structuring, early lease exits, make good negotiations, market rent reviews, etc.

Peter has a demonstrated ability in structuring and delivering, effective real estate solutions to various multi-national corporations (MNC’s) such as McAfee International, Avaya and Bentley Systems.
