Chris has 4 years experience in strategic property advisory since finishing university. Chris maintains close liaison with senior government and corporate executives to investigate and coordinate the best possible outcomes.

Chris' experience covers the provision of strategic property advice including the coordination of the sales process, lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and make good obligations. Chris also critiques property valuations, prepares feasibility and sensitivity studies on all forms of development projects, while compiling cash-flows, as well as freehold asset and leasehold registers.

Chris is able to prepare and manage the due diligence process, while identifying and coordinating sub-contractors to deliver specific professional reports such as environmental assessments, surveyor reports, property valuations, ecological assessments, heritage reports, engineering assessments, town planning reports and traffic modeling studies.
