• Project coordination to deliver the new premises within budget and on time

• Researched the market thoroughly and presented the client with all relevant information regarding available options accompanied with a detailed financial and non-financial analysis
• Negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with the landlord of the new premises

Result

• Project was kept within Bentley Systems’ financial parameters
• Negotiation of above market lease terms including an attractive rental abatement and a significant cash contribution from the landlord to fund the new fit-out
• Secured fitted-out premises that mitigated their initial capital expenditure
