David Henry Archbold – Managing Director
David has over 40 years of experience in the property industry.
Prior to establishing IPG in 1991 David was Executive Director- International for Colliers Jardine, coordinating marketing activities in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He was Executive General Manager of Hooker Corporation, responsible for agency, development, construction and car parking operations and during the previous 17 years, was the Managing Direct of Baillieu Knight Frank (NSW) and a Director/Partner of the Australian Company. During 1982 to 1986, he was the Managing Director of Baillieu Knight Frank (SA) Pty Ltd.
David specialises in identifying opportunities in the Australian Property industry for development and investment from Japan, New Zealand and South East Asia, as well as advising the banking sector, accounting professions and property owners on how to improve the utilisation of property assets throughout Australasia.
In March 1994, David Archbold was appointed to the Board of the Asset Management Task Force in South Australia, overseeing the sale of government assets and strategies to enhance the management of key assets held by the public sector. He was also appointed to the Property Divestment Steering Committee by the South Australian Government.
From July 1995 to June 2004, David Archbold was appointed to the Board of the Motor Accident Commission which is responsible for third party insurance and a number of Government assets.

John Elvy - Director
John Elvy is a Fellow of the Australian Property Industry and has been in the real estate and development profession for 40 years during which time he focused on property investment strategies, project development & building an international property & business network.
John was a senior executive/director of Colliers & Knight Frank and Managing Director of LJ Hooker International (NSW), retiring as Chairman of LJ Hooker Commercial Group in 2006.
He was a non- executive Director of James Fielding Group Ltd, an Australian public company specializing in property funds management prior to the merger with Mirvac Ltd.
In June 2008, he retired as the Executive General Manager of Leighton Holdings Limited, during which time he was actively involved in the sourcing of civil & commercial projects in Malaysia, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia & the Middle East.
John has negotiated the acquisition of several development sites in Australia. He has been responsible for the appointment of building consultants & contractors as well as the marketing of completed projects.
John has served on many industry & government committees to develop strategies for city and urban planning programs.
He recently retired as Chairman of the NSW Planning Committee for the Property Council of Australia, but remains an active member of that committee.
John has now re-joined International Property Group having been one of the original founders.

Jason Natoli – Senior Property Consultant
Jason joined IPG in 2003 coming from a Property Economics background. Since then he has been involved in all aspects of International Property Group's core business dealings, assisting the managing director as well as managing certain aspects of the business himself. He has experience in commercial property leases, feasibility studies as well as valuation review and advice.

Peter Lau - Senior Property Consultant
Peter has been actively involved in residential, commercial and industrial real estate for over 10 years.
Peter commenced his property career in 1997 and since then he has gained experience in business systems management, property and strata management, sales and leasing and corporate property advisory. He has held roles at LJ Hooker Commercial, Ray White Commercial and Knight Frank Newmark.
Since early 2007, Peter has been retained by Sigma Retail (Amcal and Guardian pharmacy brands) on a national basis, to act as their independent property advisor and to assist their in-house property team with their real estate needs.
Peter has been successful in securing various new Greenfield sites across Australia, strengthening Sigma's store network and presence on the Australian retail pharmacy landscape. Also, he provides direct assistance to Sigma's existing pharmacy members, with their market rent reviews, lease renewals and other property-related matters.

Tracey McKenna - Project Co-ordinator
Tracey joined International Property Group in 2006 and is accountable for project co-ordination to ensure all project requirements are met with responsibilities including client liaison, appointment of consultants timely payment of fees, budget monitoring to meet schedules and cost estimates, ensuring correct level of cover for consultant insurance including Professional Indemnity and accurately storing and maintaining all information in relation to the project.
